Contribute to Book Series Recaps

Didn’t find your series? Become a contributor!

We need your help! We are always looking for avid readers to join our team! If you are interested in writing recaps, please let us know by filling out the form below.

You can contribute any recap you like as long as we don’t already offer it, but below is a list of recaps we are most interested in obtaining right now. (A small payment will be offered for these, and only these, recaps. Fill out the form to inquire. Striked-out titles have been claimed by another contributor.):

  • Chain of Iron by Cassandra Clare
  • Sword Catcher by Cassandra Clare
  • Belladonna and Foxglove by Adalyn Grace
  • Legendborn by Tracy Deonn
  • Once Upon a Broken Heart & The Ballad of Never After by Stephanie Garber
  • Skyward, Starlight, and Cytonic by Brandon Sanderson
  • A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder and Good Girl, Bad Blood by Holly Jackson
  • Foul Lady Fortune by Chloe Gong
  • Gilded by Marissa Meyer
  • This Woven Kingdom and These Infinite Threads by Tahereh Mafi
  • A Court of Silver Flames and A House of Sky and Breath by Sarah J. Maas
  • Kingdom of the Wicked and Kingdom of the Cursed by Kerri Maniscalco
  • Hell Bent by Leigh Bardugo

We also offer publicity for your blog, author website, or social media account. Your information will be included on your recap page. Since we host around 40,000 unique visitors a month, this is a great way to get outside links to your website, which is the most important factor in Search Engine Optimization! We also occasionally highlight our contributors on social media and in our newsletters.

(*We reserve the right to edit all recaps and reviews before posting them to our blog.)

  1. I can’t believe this website has nothing about the Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson series.

  2. Hello,

Are you looking for someone to be a regular contributor?

I love the way this site is structured and I really can’t find any other good recap blogs/sites which is supremely frustrating when a new series book comes out and I desperately need a refresher from the previous one that I haven’t read in a year. However, the last 6 YA books I’ve badly needed recaps for haven’t existed here on the site and they’re definitely popular ones. I’d love to help out if you need it, I average 300 books a year and while recapping every single one might be unrealistic I’d be happy to recap the most popular ones so that people find they can use your site for most of their needs. You have such a great concept here that no one else is really doing, or at least not doing well, so thank you for the blog!

  3. Hey there!
Are you guys looking for someone to be a regular contributor?
I love YA novels and especially writing about my favourite novels. I would love to help contribute to this blog, and work on reviews and recaps. I’ve read many popular and hidden gems under the ya umbrella, and have some experience working with book reviews and recaps.
I look forward to hearing back

  4. Hello,
Are you looking for more regular contributors? I love YA literature and writing in general. I’m working on a few recaps now. I also have experience with blogging, writing ads, and editing. I would love to get involved with any part of the Book Series Recaps website. I look forward to hearing from you!
    All the best,

  5. Hi!
My name is Madeline, and I am obsessed with reading and writing. I would love to contribute some book recaps or reviews; I actually have an Instagram account dedicated to such! I typically read two to five books a week, and would love to add to your website!
Thank you for this website! It has re-inspired my love of reading.

    1. Wow! That’s high praise. We love inspiring readers. Thank you!!! 🙂 We’re always looking for new contributors, especially for recaps.
